When placing an order, you will set up an account that includes your email information. Once your order has processed, you will be notified by email. That email will include a link redirecting you to the sign on page. Once you have entered your credentials you will be able to download your file and select either a TXT or CSV format.
A TXT file is a standard text document that contains unformatted text. It is recognized by any text editing or word processing programs and can also be processed by most other software programs.
A CSV (Comma Separated Values) file is a text based format that represents the data typically found in a spreadsheet or a database table. It is a common format for data interchange. It will easily open into Excel. Nearly all databases have a tool to allow import from CSV.

If you have selected a Daily Frequency as part of your initial criteria (first order), on the payments page, you will be prompted to set up a reserve account. This is a convenience for many of our clients that have multiple or recurring small orders or small orders in different locales. It avoids the inconvenience of reentering payment information. While it requires an up-front non-refundable payment of $250.00, the system automatically deducts any/all daily orders and displays the remaining balance with each order upon delivery. An email notification is automatically generated when the files are ready (as with all orders). After entering credentials you will see the file as well as the remaining balance on the account. Once the balance is $50.00 or less, you will be prompted to click on the provided link to replenish your reserve.
